RSPO PalmTrace Usability Survey – Call for Participation
The Rainforest Alliance PalmTrace team is currently conducting a user survey of the RSPO PalmTrace platform to help improve its usability and support offerings.
The PalmTrace team would like to encourage all RSPO PalmTrace users to participate in the survey to gain feedback on user experience with the platform and the PalmTrace support team. The insights gained from the responses will be valuable in tailoring the actions needed to make RSPO PalmTrace more user-friendly.
Please click HERE to participate in the survey. It should not take more than 15 minutes to complete. The survey is available in English, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, Spanish, and Portuguese.
Organisations with more than one business category should fill in a survey for each category. Note that while the company name and email address are not mandatory fields, they will serve as valuable information for the team.
