Additional Webinar for ISH Members – Resubmission of Disclosure Guidance

To better accommodate different time zones and the need for simultaneous interpretation, the RSPO Secretariat is organising an additional webinar specifically for Independent Smallholder (ISH) members. This session will provide step-by-step guidance on the resubmission of disclosure in prisma, including completing the Excel templates and submitting shapefile (concession boundary) data in the required geospatial format. To ensure accessibility, live interpretation will be available in Bahasa Indonesia, French, Thai and Spanish.

We encourage ISH members to review the templates and guidelines shared in the previous announcement and attempt the resubmission process beforehand. Please compile any questions or challenges for discussion during the webinar.

This session will be conducted by Agridence, the developers of the prisma platform, with an FAQ document made available on the RSPO website afterward.
