RSPO is pleased to announce that the Annual Communication of Progress (ACOP) 2020 is now open for submissions. ACOP reports must be made via the MyRSPO member portal by Friday 7 May 2021, at 12:00 a.m. (UTC+8).
The submission of an ACOP report is mandatory for all Ordinary and Affiliate members who have been with RSPO for at least one year. However, it is voluntary for all Supply Chain Associates, and Ordinary and Affiliate members who have not completed a full year of RSPO membership.
To help members prepare for ACOP 2020, we have created two instructional videos and an ACOP Guidelines document, which is available in eight languages: English, French, Spanish, German, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, Japanese, and simplified Chinese.
Shared Responsibility policy documents will no longer be collected through the ACOP reporting platform. The documents should be uploaded to a dedicated section of a member’s MyRSPO profile page, which will serve as a permanent public repository for all Shared Responsibility-related policy items. The SR policies upload section can be found by navigating to the Membership tab in your MyRSPO profile, clicking on 'Membership List' and selecting the relevant RSPO Membership Application. Members may modify these policies at their convenience, with ACOP serving as an annual reminder.
To ensure you receive the latest communication from the Secretariat, please ensure that your membership profile, including Group Membership and contact details, is up to date in the MyRSPO member portal. You may view your past ACOP reports on the ACOP webpage.
We look forward to your cooperation and hope you have a successful ACOP reporting year. Should you have any enquiries, please contact [email protected]
Thank you,
RSPO Secretariat
