RSPO Membership Rules 2020
Further to the announcement made on 26 February 2020, the Board of Governors of the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) endorsed the latest RSPO Membership Rules. The RSPO Membership Rules 2020 incorporated the expanded scope of the Group Membership and Beneficial Ownership.
The Group Membership is defined under Section 5.0 while the Beneficial Ownership is explained in Section 6.0 of the RSPO Membership Rules 2020.
We would like to remind all RSPO members, where applicable, to comply with the Group Membership rules. Members may access the MyRSPO portal where you will be guided through the process here and will be able to update your membership details at the same time.
